OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Alicia McLendon, a native of the Tampa Bay area, joined the Turnbridge Properties Team focusing her creative talents and solution-based philosophies on the residential arena of real estate. Her previous endeavors included both sales and marketing. Having been born and raised in the Tampa and Lakeland areas, she has gained a vast knowledge of how the greater Tampa area has grown and good insight into where Tampa is headed. Alicia is a consistently strong individual, who also enjoys spending lots of time with her family and friends. She is one of those individuals who will place the needs of her clients at the top of her list in finding them a home and helping them reach their dreams. BROKER / SALES MANAGER Ed Moore heads up our sales staff and brings with him 15 years of both Real Estate management and sales experience. Ed has been the broker and held various management positions with companies such as Black Diamond Ranch and Meadowcrest Developments in Citrus County, Florida; Regional Sales Director for WCI's Aston Gardens Developments; and Commercial and Residential Sales with the Toni Everett Company in Tampa. Ed has roots in South Tampa that date back more than a century, was raised primarily in Connecticut, and received his B.A. from the University of South Florida in 1987 after three years at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. He is the proud father of both a son and a daughter and we are pleased to have Ed at the helm of Turnbridge Properties.

Tami M. Kirschner joins the Turnbridge Team from Tampa, Florida. She has been a Florida licensed real estate professional since 2004. Her previous endeavors include teaching, sales and marketing, and interior design. She moved to Tampa in 1991 from Liberty, New York and graduated from the University of South Florida in 1995. Having lived in both North and South Tampa for the last 14 years, she has a great understanding of what the entire Tampa Bay area has to offer. Olga "Lucy" Jones, a local business woman, has joined the Turnbridge Properties Team as a leader in her field. Lucy, as she prefers, is a native of Colombia, South America, who moved to Florida in 1967 and later to the Tampa Bay area in 1972. With her 25 years of individual business experience, including business college training in Tallahassee, Florida, as well as her vast sales and marketing experience, Lucy is readily prepared to provide you with the utmost in real estate care and skill. Lucy is proficient in both English and Spanish and very proud of her family, her heritage and her personal business growth. As an owner and president, Ed has been a leader in both sales and management for several small businesses over the past 20 years. He has worked with many property managers of HOA developments, shopping centers, industrial parks and office complexes and has been the primary contact with companies such as CVS and CB Richard Ellis. His insight on how these national companies operate gives him great insight in recognizing, and satisfying, the needs of his clients be they residential or commercial. Raised in Southern Connecticut, Ed enrolled at the University of South Florida in 1983 and transferred to Florida State University in 1985. He received his BA in English Studies in 1988 and has been an entrepreneur ever since. His life is further enhanced by his three daughters; Kristin, Kaitlyn, Jennifer and his fiancé Suzanne. Ed is also an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and continues to play baseball in an amateur league in Clearwater.  Drake Irvine
